I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Board-Certified Family Health Nurse Practitioner. My dual certification allows me to approach mental health holistically, considering both psychological and physical well-being. I would love to learn about your challenges, strengths, and goals to help you gain self-awareness and clarity.  My goal is to assist you in better understanding yourself and developing coping skills through person-centered psychotherapy, supportive psychotherapy, and/or medication management. I welcome patients with a wide array of mental health issues, but I specialize in the treatment of mood disorders, depression, and anxiety.
